Block Burger is a low key burger joint in central downtown Reykjavik. Located in a back ally on the busy street of Skólavörðustígur. During the summer of 2015 I was in charge of getting the place up and running. My responsibilities included seeking permits, overseeing renovations and dealing with key associates.
