  Department Supervisor/ Key Carrier and I also am the Manager on Duty. Which includes but not limited to opening and closing the store. Taking care of customers issues and helping all associates with any training or any back up that they need, keeping them on task as needed. I have 10 direct associates but at any given time I can have up to 140. I make sure that safety is a priority in my everyday dealings with the store. I write and give out associate reviews, giving them goal to meet to help then succeed. I am also responsible to hold them accountable when they don't, and praise them then they do. I work daily with the different programs that we have, I have 10 key entry and typing skills.
