I had the pleasure of working with Kristine on several major projects. She was responsible for delivering Knowledge Management solutions enabling stakeholders to meet their business objectives. She provided in-depth analysis of the business requirements and organized and chaired meetings with stakeholders to refine the requirements. She created use scenarios and use cases to document complex requirements to the lowest level of detail to the application developers. Kristine's detailed, yet pragmatic approach, ensured the specifications were met while keeping these projects on schedule with minimal rework. She was very articulate explaining complex technical issues and functional capabilities to business stakeholders allowing them to fully leverage the portal's capabilities to meet their business objectives while improving customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Kristine. I enjoyed working with her and learnt lot of things from her.
