As a Climate Action Speaker & Moderator, I helped organizations on their journey to think and act radically planet-centered. Sustainable change starts with raising awareness and educating people on climate change and climate action. I am more than happy to have inspired and enabled them and the companies they work for to reduce CO2 emissions and rethink their processes, products, services and entire industry. My role comprised two distinct components. On the one hand, I developed content together with sustainability experts for the School of Sustainability, a digital learning environment. I coordinated, wrote, and created learning formats and stood in front of the camera as a speaker. On the other hand, I developed and facilitated blended learning journeys and workshops for companies that have sustainability high on their priority list. Unfortunately, this journey ended by the end of March 2023 due to a major reorganisation that led to a mass lay-off of 180 people at a time. I feel thankful to have been able to contribute to ClimatePartner's mission and work on the challenge of our life time, and I am more than willing to continue working on (corporate) sustainability topics in my future work! As a consultant/trainer/coach/facilitator at launchlabs, Berlin, I helped companies around the world to (re)design their products, services or processes in a meaningful way. By doing so, I enabled them to face the future with confidence and innovate with purpose. I taught and made use of human-centered design (Design Thinking) principles and tools and agile ways of working. Above all, I tried to establish a cultural shift, opening people up for The New. As also the physical space strongly influences this transformation, I consulted in this domain too in order to – literally – create space for innovation. I trained, consulted, coached and co-designed in Dutch, German and English. Some of my clients I worked for with joy were: Accenture, Deutsche Telekom, LVM Insurances, Agora Energiewende, Beiersdorf, Festo, Deka Bank. And I practiced what I preached: in our compact, highly self-organized team we continuously reinvented ourselves and our space, too! Show less

As a Developer of blended learning, I advised various clients on the application of innovative, customised learning solutions. For this, I completely immersed myself in diverse disciplines and (work) environments. Subsequently, I developed tailor-made ‘learning blends’ together with a multidisciplinary team of animators, IT specialists, audio & movie makers and actors. End-to-end project management was an important component as well. I co-created solutions for Shell, FrieslandCampina, Spaarne Hospital, RVS Insurances, the Port of Rotterdam and the City of Amsterdam amongst others, often encompassing behavioural scientific components. As part of my Master thesis, I conducted research into the implementation of and communication around the learning organisation. Which factors help or hinder individual and organisational learning? In close cooperation with the Board of the BeNeLux and the internal L&D department, I determined which 'learning blend' fitted into the company.
