I provide both psychological and neuropsychological assessment services for a variety of clients and state agencies. I work with both children and adults. I also take a few therapy clients as well. Primary referral questions include traumatic brain injury, dementia, autism spectrum disorder, fetal alcohol spectrum and related disorders, learning disability, ADHD, substance abuse, parental fitness, conduct disorders, and attachment disorders. Predoctoral Intern

Assessment Rotation. Half-time (20 hours per week) for 12 months. Supervisor: Emily Harris, Ph.D. Duties: conduct comprehensive assessment batteries for a variety of cases, including: childhood sexual trauma, PTSD, psychodiagnostic evaluations, neuropsychological evaluations (Dementia and TBI), and cognitive evaluations. Populations include: children and adolescents, adults, and older adults. Forensic Rotation. Half-time (20 hours per week) for 6 months. Supervisor: Liz Albertsen, Psy.D. Duties: conduct comprehensive intake evaluations including drug history and violence risk assessments; provide individual therapy using empirically-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT); conduct group therapy in a jail setting (Oxbow jail) focused on recognizing cognitive errors; co-lead a DBT skills group.
