It was truly my pleasure to work with Kristina during her time as our Virtual Treatment Coordinator. She has a positive attitude and is always up for a challenge. When Kristina joined our team the role for which she was hired was brand new. She was heavily involved in developing the requirements, procedures, processes, as well as reporting metrics used daily. From the start, Kristina brought a positive can-do attitude to the team. She is always eager to help support other members of the team or take on new tasks. A large part of her role was to engage with dental patients or prospects. She truly cared for their wellbeing and takes pride in not only helping them find the care they need, but also making sure that they are comfortable and confident in their decision. Kristina has proven to be a true team player, she is dependable and willing to take on a wide-range of responsibilities. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a versatile, capable and positive team member.
