Completed a competency based program which acted as a preview to the dietetic internship. Creeated a comprehensive retail promotion project, worked in catering, patient services, clinical nutrition management, with the registered dietitian. Assisted in the implementation of community sustainable agriculture and community sustainable fishery. Conducted culinary arts classes with students with disabilities. Assisted in daily dietary office functions.
