At CNSG, I work closely with the Managing Partner and President of Cloud and Data Services to help recruit and maintain relationships with our subagents, carriers and partners. My duties require me to recruit from the Southeast to the West Coast. After recruiting a new partner, I make sure they are up-to-date with all our carrier's products and services by planning events and trainings. Specifically, I educate our partners on how our carriers can see their return on their investments with our carrier's services. My responsibilities also include connecting with channel managers to establish and sustain those relationships.
