  My second study-related internship is at Automobile Németh in Hinterkappelen Bern. The company is an exclusive car dealer with the brands Ferrari, Maserati, Bentley and Audi. My responsibilities in the front office/showroom include the following: - Direct customer contact, whether taking calls or directly in the showroom. Customer care also includes editing and updating customer data in our system. - Incoming/outgoing correspondence is also my responsibility.   I completed my first study-related summer internship at a marketing company. Digital Minds is focused on digital marketing and also follows digital working methods. The company works decentralized and therefore relies on various online tools for collaboration and communication among employees. - The focus of my work at digital Minds was on different projects, which were redefined on a weekly basis. Generally, all projects revolved around SEO and content marketing. - I used tools like WordPress, Slack, and Google Drive to work collaboratively from different locations. My DUT thesis for the "diplôme universitaire de technologie", which I wrote in my 2nd year, was about the communication framework of the company and how communication works in a decentralized company.
