  I worked for Neibauer Dental Care for 5 years, I started as a Business Associate at the front desk, checking patients in and out, verifying insurances, purposing treatment plans and collecting/posting payments. I then worked as a Hygiene Assistant, assisting the Hygienist in routine and deep cleanings, obtaining x-rays, charting, and proper sterilization of instruments. After being part of the company for 2 years I began to assist the Dentist, chairside. We performed all aspects of general dentistry, but also provided oral surgery, endodontics, full mouth reconstructions, implants and IV sedation to our patients. After becoming quite familiar with wearing many hats on the clinical side I started working with our Chief Dental Officer, assisting in mentoring our new hires on Neibauer Dental Care's philosophy on dentistry. We traveled amongst our many offices and provided chairside mentoring to new dentists and dental assistants.
