-
Mar 2021 - Present
In March of 2021, I was promoted to the Team Lead of the Inside Sales Representatives. I participate in staff recruitment, hiring, training and scheduling. Currently I oversee 11 SalesRepresentatives . I am responsible for making sure that each sales representative meets or exceeds their own personal goals and also the goals that have been set for the department. I have continued to assist the company in a nearly 30% growth in sales, even throughout the pandemic by constantly developing and revising systems and processes in accordance with the company’s strategic objective. In the Team Lead position, I have assisted in increasing the overall department Conversion Rate on sales and have exceeded all sales goals each month for the department as a whole.

Feb 2017 - Present
I started with the company as an administrative assistant. I was promoted to Executive Administrative Assistant within 8 months. At this time I was answering 300-400 phone calls per week, providing the highest level of customer service to repair shops and small fleet services and processing approximately 150 orders a week. I was handling all of the payment information on these orders, along with sourcing the parts and ensuring shipping accuracy. At this point, I also began to initiate warranty claims and I assisted in developing the processes that currently exist for the Warranty Department. In January of 2018, I was promoted to a Sales Level One position, where I continued all of my duties as the Executive Administrative Assistant, Warranty Advisor and I was then trained to lookup and sell parts to end users and paid a commission on my own sales.
