      As the struggling Direct Response industry was dwindling, and the medical industry was booming, we felt as a group this was the new future of Direct Response. I helped start this company in its infancy stage and continued to grow to a full blown operation. Directly responsible for: • Setting up call 70 seat inbound/outbound call room, including helping with the decision making on all equipment and software. • Hired and trained all inside sales call center staff and management. • Created different divisions for each specific function.
