In my role as Retail planner in the Omni-channel team my main initial task was to set up a new way of working with the financial budget as well as the buying budget for own retail. This included developing new budget models as well as conveying a new way of looking at and discussing the budgets. For campaigns and sample sales I also developed pricing models to visualize the costs associated with the event and the price level needed to ensure desired profit.
