  Teach two groups of 8-10 kids on a weekly basis. Responsible for the planning, and execution of each group, focus on the kids' needs and weaknesses striving to help them build skills to prepare each of them for their future. Teach a gender-specific group of 4-6 girls on a weekly basis. Responsible for the planning and execution of each group, focus on issues relevant to each girl in order to give them understanding and resources to overcome challenges. Work one on one with several girls, acting as a mentor or tracker. Help them to process issues and build skills to live independently.
