To oversee and be directly responsible for the planning, delivery and first class success of all Netball NSW events, including NSW Swifts & Giants Netball events. This includes; • Responsibility for the delivery of high quality events and the game day experience for Netball NSW and ensuring that planning, logistics, documentation and execution of all activities is undertaken at a best practice level. • In conjunction with line manager, adhere to budgets set that pertain to the position including all event budgets. • Delivery of all scheduled NSW Swifts & Giants Netball pre-season games, home games and finals of the Suncorp Super Netball as per the SSN Operational Policies and Procedures. • Liaise with Netball Australia operations regarding the SSN draw and venue scheduling/availability/bookings as directed. • Attend meetings with SSN Operations staff as requested, developing strong relationships to ensure positive outcomes for Netball NSW, NSW Swifts and Giants Netball. • Produce and implement detailed event plans (including risk and traffic management plans) for all Netball NSW events and liaise with local councils, Netball Associations and venues as required • Manage match day requirements for all visiting teams participating in Suncorp Super Netball and ANL Competition at NSW venues. • Delivery of all Netball NSW teams home games and finals of the ANL Competition as per the ANL Operational Policies and Procedures. Liaise with Commercial and Communications departments to ensure all marketing, promotion, sponsor requirements are met for all Netball NSW events / activities. • Oversee game day volunteer requirements. • Liaise with NSW Swifts & Giants Netball team officials and work collaboratively with the Team Manager to ensure key team operational objectives are met for home games. • Review all event processes, procedures and existing plans. • Manage and provide leadership to staff reporting to the position.
