  I have rich experience integrating research and evaluation into the development, implementation, and measurement of innovative policies and practices to help meet needs of marginalized children, families, and communities. I have particular experience working to train both youth and adults in youth engagement practices, to ensure that youth are able to meaningfully contribute to reforming policies that affect their lives. I am interested in integrating developmental psychology and neuroscience research into program evaluation and policy development and implementation to promote resilience in the face of adversity. My expertise includes qualitative and quantitative research methods.
