I have worked with Kristina Daugaard from 2014 to 2020 in Pfizer’s Consumer Healthcare Division, with the last 4 years being as Kristina’s direct line manager in her position as Finance Business Partner for the Nordics. Kristina has had responsibilities for all parts of the P&L, while she has also had key tasks and projects including testing and tracking to ensure compliance and optimizing our OPEX forecast, tracking and analytics models to improve our planning and strategic decision making. From the first day in my team, Kristina has been a leader and instrumental part of everything we wanted to do. Her organizational capabilities, financial understanding and work ethic has been a model to follow, as she would always get things done the right way, with great quality and in time. She would always make that extra effort to help our team and team members, being it with strong sparring, as a mentor figure or by arranging social activities to promote team building and social capital. She has also been key in optimizing the commercial support model, making sure to keep focus on the stakeholder needs and supply direct, honest and constructive sparring and insight. She is very strong in her ability to communicate finance to non-finance colleagues in a clear and useful way, which has been highly helpful in the general support and commercial projects. I have been lucky to have Kristina in my team and I have no doubt that she will be a difference maker to any team and company she will be working for. I worked with Kristina Daugaard from 2013 to 2020. During this time, Kristina had different responsibilities within Finance Business Partnering first supporting the Pfizer Pharmaceutical division in Denmark and afterwards the Consumer division in the Nordics. Kristina was a true asset in the finance team. She is one of the most thorough team members I ever had. In all the tasks assigned to her, she always made sure the process was crystal clear and all was correctly done, even when it involved questioning and challenging various stakeholders. Kristina is also very organized and committed to deliver quality work. Every time there were difficulties, she’s demonstrated a very professional attitude and focused on solving the problem. In addition to her regular workload, Kristina also supported the finance team in organizing various team building / social activities which always turned out to be very fun & engaging. For all these reasons she was also well regarded outside the finance organization, including quite senior colleagues in the commercial organization.
