Responsible for coordinating loan closings, due diligence matters, and ensuring preparation of accurate loan documents in accordance with lender policies and SBA regulatory requirements while providing an exceptional client experience.General Responsibilities:• Supervise preparation of commercial loan documents utilizing implemented documentation processes for new loans, renewals, extensions and modifications.• Review entity organizational documents, real estate appraisals, business valuations, surveys and other third party documents to ensure conformity with lender standards.• Analyze due diligence documentation and prepare necessary lien documents to perfect lender’s security interest in personal and real property collateral.• Review lien searches and related due diligence items to determine appropriate actions to resolve outstanding lien issues and deliver lien documents to designated vendors.• Review loan documents prepared by legal secretaries to ensure compliance with lender’s loan policies, applicable regulations and with any other requirements designated by the credit approval authority.•Assist in identifying and resolving any conflicts to close loans within strict timeframes.• Coordinate and interact with underwriters, loan closers, borrowers, title agencies, attorneys, and insurance agents to ensure all conditions are met for closing.• Manage a workload of multiple tasks that includes conflicting priorities and the ability to adapt accordingly. • Remain up to date on all pending and proposed regulatory changes affecting compliance issues.
