Responsibilities include assessments, treatment plans, report writing, data collection, staff training, developing working relationships with various county board members, other agency providers (residential), guardians, school administrators, psychiatric providers, and various other team members. I work independently as well as part of treatment teams and the majority of services are provided in the community, in homes, schools, and vocational/day habituation settings. Areas covered include Geauga, Lake, Cuyahoga, and Summit counties. Lastly, I work with our employment services and provide assessments for referrals from Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities.
