The Reliability role ensures adherence to all existing legal requirements of the Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC), Florida Legislature and North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), including the documentation and filing of required Reliability reports. This position is responsible for the evaluation of the performance of the transmission, substation, and distribution systems which includes analyzing outage information, identifying trends and recommending solutions. This position also is responsible for system maintenance activities performed by contractors for the purpose of improving system reliability.
