Kristina Hopkinson provided invaluable guidance during a complex management transitional period in an organization under my management. I contracted her as a Human Resource and Business Strategy Consultant to help resolve serious executive managerial conflicts and staffing issues. Loss of institutional knowledge and organizational development procedures are where her expertise were utilized the most. Her methodology for clarifying roles and responsibilities, making information flow explicit and mapping reporting structure was exceptionally effective. The operation depended on collaboration from local and national subsidiaries with multiple onsite reporting structures, and utilized diverse, full-time contractors and consultants. With her methodology, we were able to identify where the reporting structure and job descriptions were problematic and take steps to correct them. In particular, her process for developing a detailed organization reporting and information flow map was instrumental in identifying reporting problems and inefficiencies. The team building activity she developed and facilitated was the most effective, economical, and enjoyable I have ever experienced. By the end of her consultancy, I had a much better understanding of my organization and was well on the way to building a better team. I can recommend her services without reservation.
