      As a counselor, I provide academic counseling to potential and current Technical College students. I provide crisis counseling to enrolled students and make appropriate community referrals when needed. I respond to critical psychiatric incidents on campus. I help identify problem areas within the Technical programs based on student feedback and work closely with the faculty to find resolutions to those issues. I functioned at the supervisor for long periods of time when the Supervisor position was not filled, and also in the absence of the supervisor through out my time as the lead worker.
