I process student complaints and help resolve those complaints while ensuring due process is afforded to the student. I help identify problem areas within the Technical programs based on student feedback and work closely with the faculty to find resolutions to those issues. I participate on a variety of committees on campus, mostly focused on policy, safety, and behavioral intervention. As the Compliance Coordinator for the campus, I ensure the College's compliance with Federal Laws, such as Title IX as it relates to students.
