35 unit supportive housing facility for individuals formerly homeless and diagnosed with mental health, substance abuse, and HIV/AIDS. Most of these individuals have forensic histories as well as additional medical needs. I oversee the day to day residential and clinical functions at the facility.

A 110 bed transitional housing facility for homeless men and women which provided housing, psychiatric, medical, and vocational services. I oversaw the operations and clinical aspects of the program. I conducted intakes, discharges, assessments, and collected monthly data on the demographics and functioning of the program.

Senior Case Manager

A preventive service agency which provides crisis intervention to families currently involved in child protective services. The goal was to provide the necessary referrals and monitoring to ensure the family stabilized and the children remained with their care givers. I carried a caseload of thirteen families and assessed the needs of the family. I provided necessary psychiatric, medical, educational, housing, and vocational referrals. I conducted weekly home visits to ensure their living environment was adequate and the children's basic needs were being met.
