Kristin is exactly who you want on your team. She is smart, incredibly focused and motivated, thorough, and persistent in getting impediments out of the way. Kristin just gets the job done. She has great technical knowledge and is a 'hit the ground running' woman that learns what she needs to in order to be successful. It was been great working with Kristin because I know that I can count on her to give her projects, team, tasks, etc. all that she's got. I appreciate that.

I had the pleasure of working along side Kristin as an Agile Project Manager. I was managing a development team where the products were going to be retired. Because of additional responsibilities, this team was passed along to Kristin to manager. Right from the beginning, Kristin was able to completely reorganize the team, and bring stability and a clear path to success. There were some complicated personalities, as well as complex issues to deal with, and Kristin was able to handle it all with extreme competence through her expertise as an agile manager. I highly recommend Kristin as an expert in agile, as well as a very effective manager. I am positive that whoever hires Kristin will be extremely satisfied with the work that she delivers.
