As Global Partnerships Director, I worked collaboratively with GRS's partners to design impactful and efficient programs that reach youth with lifesaving health information and access to services. I generated new business and partnerships and drove their growth, expansion, and sustainability in line with GRS’s strategic direction. My proudest achievement was designing and piloting a partnership with the U.S. Peace Corps and successfully expanding that program to 48 countries worldwide. I also provided technical and capacity-building assistance to a variety of implementing partners and donor projects from large INGOs to the smallest of community-based organizations. In my capacity as Global Operations Manager, I supported and streamlined finance and operational procedures for GRS programs worldwide, with a particular emphasis on Malawi, Tanzania, and Kenya. I led the process of researching and developing policies on expatriate taxes and visas and assisted a variety of local partners with developing more robust administrative and financial processes.
