I have been working with Kristin for many years on different projects. Most recently, she has been creating logos for my clients. I always suggest that my clients use Kristin as her designs are clean, modern, and refreshing. My clients have been happy with their logos, and we are able to build beautiful websites that tie into her designs!
Tina Rice
Kristin was a student in several of my classes at CCSU and graduated with Honors in 2014. It was always a pleasure to have her as a student. She was and is a very talented, hard working designer. Always up to date and well informed of whatever project she is working on. From branding to UI/UX design Kristin has it all and thrived in the educational environment. She was a Team Leader in Central Design, which is our departments in-house design class taking on real world design projects, showing her a natural born leadership ability in a caring way. Since Kristin’s graduation she has had some amazing jobs and is always looking for the next challenge. Starting at Tracy Locke as a graphic artist, she learned a great deal about printing from all forms of print materials to vehicle graphics. From there she became an Associate Art Director for Match Marketing Group and as you can see from her LinkedIn profile is a very successful young lady. Each Spring I host the CCSU Design Guest Lecture Series and invite industry leaders and at least one CCSU Alumni. Kristin has presented 3 guest lecturers in 2015, 2017 and 2018. She is always a hit, because of her upbeat personality and amazing presentations. Topics include places she’s worked, projects she’s worked on, types of positions available in the industry, to where to look for work. Students are always thrilled with the information she shares with them, especially coming from a young adult and a former grad of the program. In 2019 Kristin lead a well-attended Photoshop Workshop to the CCSU AIGA Student Club. Thanks, Kristin, for everything you have done for the CCSU Design Department, we can’t thank you enough and are so proud of you! Looking forward to our next visit!
