      I was on the phones for over 5 years before being promoted to Service Level Analyst. As a CSR I dealt with billing and sales for cable company. As SLA did data entry, MS Excel reports every 1/2 hour while ensuring 76% of our calls were answered within 2mins as per our contract with our client.
