      As a Recreational Gymnastics Coach, I organize class specific lessons each day. I make sure I develop plans that are challenging as well as fun to ensure that each child enjoys their time in the gym while they learn and improve their skills. I perform assessments periodically to document each child's strengths and areas for improvement. Communication with parents is very important to me so that I can get the feedback I need to improve my coaching and maintain enjoyable classes for my gymnasts. On weekends I coach birthday parties. I create obstacle courses and games for children during their gym time so that each child's party is enjoyable and safe. I create the monthly newsletter for NGTC so that families are aware of happenings in the gym and community.
