When Kristy was a General Manager in Rockaway, we worked closely on brand and inventory opportunities as this door was part of an inventory intensification initiative. As a new executive with the organization, I quickly identified that Kristy was a great leader that had a strong understanding of the analytics on how to drive business. She is a great communicator, good listener and partner that executes all requests quickly and with integrity. When she moved to Bridgewater, a higher volume door, she and I worked very closely to dissect the third floor and rebuild to grow opportunity businesses. This task involved high levels of detail including block plan adjustments, brand placement, fixture counting and needed to be reviewed by many in the planning and merchant teams and Kristy did a great job with everything! When I would visit her stores, I always observed her interactions with the employees as well as the customers and noted she has a strong presence in the building and was a true asset to Lord and Taylor. Kristy was a pleasure to work with and her leadership will certainly help drive strong results wherever she goes next.
