Kristin is an amazing scrum master, manager, and all around great person. She was able to keep me, one of those wacky creative cats, engaged and focused with the scrum process for a long time, which is a huge accomplishment. She knows great ways to minimize the pain, bring people together, and keep things rolling smoothly. I highly recommend her - ignore her talents at your own peril!
