Developed quarterly and annual sales department goals and budgets, and utilized actuarial tables to provide the CFO with annual budgeted turnover and sales forecasts for each residential building. Leveraged CRM data and analytics to drive insight and modify business intelligence strategy for targeted campaigns, competitive analysis, lead generation, and sales promotions. Prepared Marketing & Sales financial, statistical, and demographic reports for corporate leadership and board of directors.
