Kristi and I were both hired on to Scoro in Spring of 2022. Even though she was new herself, immediately Kristi took on numerous new employees as their official mentor, including myself. Throughout our time together, she was chosen to not only mentor new employees, but to provide feedback during the employee onboarding process and new implementations. She was able to pave the way for myself and future hires to minimize the challenges in the new employee processes through constructive feedback to HR and our management team. Working closely with Kristi, I noticed she was always the first to recognize a potential problem in our processes, and proactively offered solutions to management before they become an issue among the team. She took the initiative to develop best practices for the team, including more efficient ways to operate in our current CSM and developing templatized documents for both the US and EMEA teams to utilize.
