Kristi has been my direct report and manager at Third Rail, and out of all the organizations and mentors I've had the pleasure of working with, Kristi is the cream of the crop. I asked Kristi for help setting up a website and online auction survey for one of my projects, since neither I nor our project partners were very savvy with web development, and I wanted to share what a great job she did. Not only does Kristi have a keen eye for design, as she showed with the project flyer and poster, but she proved to be a great catalyst in the development of the project auction system in general. She’s efficient, she’s good at keeping sub-contractors and project partners informed and on schedule, and was very patient in dealing with the many emails and questions related to the testing and output for the auction website. I would even go so far as to say she was instrumental in making the auction happen, and she did it within a very small budget Since a lot of the public outreach aspects of this project were outside my realm of experience, Kristi’s knowledge of all things design and web-related, as well as her sense of humor, were a welcome addition. In addition to all her normal workload with rebranding, she jumped into our auction development process with enthusiasm, which is exactly what was needed on a research project like this, and I just wanted for her to know it was greatly appreciated.
