      Established the Foundation in 2007 to support Baptist Beaumont and Baptist Orange Hospitals. The Foundation raises funds through an annual black tie gala, "La Soiree," held in January each year. The event featured a high end fashion show with professional models. An annual golf tournament, Cajun Classic, kicked off the Southeast Texas spring golf season at the end of March. In addition, the Foundation conducted various other fundraisers throughout the year, along with writing grants and handling governmental affairs for the hospital.
