I was consistently impressed with Kristie's ability to anticipate problems early in the project and find solutions. Under complex and stressful situations, Kristie was able to see through to the big picture and motivate her team. Her natural, honest, and respectful style of project management made her a favourite amongst the scientists and managers that participated in client project teams. Kristie went the extra mile on a daily basis to meet the objectives and milestones of her projects. I highly recommend her skills and dedication.
