I am OLETS certified. I have APCO Basic certification and I am an APCO Certified Training Officer. I am currently the Terminal Agency Coordinator for OSUPD. As the TAC, I am responsible for ensuring that all new employees are trained and certified for OLETS/NCIC. I am also responsible for being the liaison between our department and OLETS. I was a student records clerk. I worked with the public on a daily basis for records requests. I also helped with stats that our department is required to report such as UCR and Clery. records clerks had to enter all of the paper reports into the computer.
