Kristie is an extremely reliable, conscientious adjunct. She is always putting student learning and safety first. She is a great team player, taking the time to find out what others who teach the same course are doing. She is also an excellent worker in our stockroom. She is always on time; her work is always done as requested with precision and accuracy.

Kristie was a student at the College of Charleston and she joined my research lab to work on an anti-cancer project. Kristie worked very hard on this project, and from my perspective it was great to see her grow as a an individual. She was always willing to learn from her mistakes and to move on from that point, which is essential when conducting research; this is not something that all students express. This attitude is not only important in this field but in all fields, and I believe Kristie can and will easily adapt to every situation she is put in. She is competent and very easy to work with due to her great personality. All of these attributes make her an asset.
