The project was to launch and further develop Vibb (B2C) and OSS (B2B) as digital products. The goal was customer growth by achieving the best possible product-market fit. The purpose was to develop good electricity data services for end users by combining different data streams and sources. The applications collect data via external API's and own database located in the Azure cloud. The data consists of aggregations and algorithms. Raw data is retrieved from the electricity meter (HAN port) via a hardware unit. The unit communicates with the platform via the LTE-M network (IoT). My main responsibility was to develop and ensure the progress of the company's digital services and products. The day-to-day job was to manage and prioritize the roadmap. This involved feature planning, assisting the team in preparing tasks (un-blocking) and obtaining the necessary information from partners and their APIs. I was also responsible for developing product strategy and establishment the operations (processes) with the goal of improving workflow, communication, and general well-being in the team. Agile methodologies such as continuous development (DevOps/CI-CD), Kanban, lean, scrum was applied. In addition to governing the delivery process, the job also consisted of monitoring and facilitating the discovery phase of the product development process. Tasks consisted of planning and conducting cross functional workshops with the aim of gathering user insight, discussing user problems and validating prototypes (Miro / Figma). I was also responsible for maintaining and organising the testing process. The team consisted of approx. 15-20 people with a mix of permanent employees and external consultants. Working methods were both analog and digital as several of the developers were physically located elsewhere in the world (Hybrid team). Working languages were English and Norwegian. Show less

Confirmit (today: Forsta) is a global leading SaaS platform in CX, EX and Market Research. The platform is built to help users (B2B) capture and visualize data insights related to user experiences and customer journeys. Usually in relation to a service or product. Worked as a link between product and business development. First and foremost, responsible for presenting various solutions and answering technical questions in major and minor sales processes. Part of this was to deep dive into the customer's problems and technical requirements. As the Confirmit platform is quite comprehensive containing of several solutions and modules. And on top of that being method agnostic and technical flexible. This requires a deep technical knowledge and understanding of various customer processes ("CX use cases"). I was also involved in internal product development processes involving user testing via interviews and workshops. An important part of this was verifying "POC'S" / "MVPs" with existing customers and partners. In addition to collecting information as a contribution to internal product development. During my time at EY, I was involved in several different projects dealing with project management roles. Gained experience from industries within oil and energy, public sector and facility management. Selected project 1: Project manager for tender project. The tasks consisted of developing tender documentation (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and comparing incoming tenders. Other tasks included assisting in the contract negotiations. Selected project 2: Project assistant in a major "Transition" project in the oil industry. Centrica acquired several oil field licences from Statoil in 2011/2012. The project was to complete a good handover process. I supported the project manager with data collection and reporting. Keeping in and monitoring the project schedule. Communicate with and coordinate various stakeholders around the project. Selected project 3: Business analyst in a project that involved getting an overview of what the janitors did of tasks and what qualifications they had (Ullevål, Riks, Radium, etc.). This consisted of qualitative data collection. The purpose was to identify and develop a common directory of services for a state health organization. The catalogue was then the basis for an SLA (Service Level Agreement). Selected project 4: The company was in a reorganization and needed assistance to map the competence of all employees. My role as business analyst was to assist in developing various reports (data cleansing, statistics) in excel. Various: Analysis of companies and sectors in presale processes. The final deliverables became reports that sales managers could use in their sales meetings. Holds strong consulting skills (Problem identification, problem solving, process optimization).
