  I was given the task of taking a stagnant hardscape/masonry division and transform it into a stand alone retail showroom that would be able to service both retail and wholesale customers. -Designed and oversaw construction of a 9 acre property, completely renovating an abandoned 3000 sqft office space and 7500 sqft warehouse into a functioning high end retail and wholesale masonry showroom and stockyard, having the store be open for business within 4 months -Recruited and trained a new team consisting of yard and sales staff members to service an existing customer base of 50 and to extend customer base throughout the state -Create a new branding identity to reinforce the newly separated companies, and to gain the attention of both retail and wholesale customers -Focused on becoming a viable shopping choice for Connecticut's contractors, and a go-to destination showroom for homeowners by designing and maintaining elaborate displays throughout the property to highlight the brands we carry -Work on choosing great vendors and build strong relationships with these companies, helping to strengthen our share of the market and their brands -Motivate sales team and help drive sales with continual growth, making us a multi millon dollar business since opening the doors -Research and develop services that are needed by our customer base, adding a Nursery in 2015 and a fabrication shop in 2017
