It was my pleasure to have Kristian join Badger Maps this Fall as a Marketing Intern where he quickly came up to speed becoming a huge asset to the team. During his time with the company, Kristian successfully took on a great responsibility in his role. When he came on-board, his presence was felt immediately as he measurably increased our marketing results. He showed that he could handle multiple marketing projects simultaneously while staying focused on measurable results. In one project, Kristian did a deep dive into our customer funnel, and found retargeting opportunities and places where we could better target segments of our prospects to better convert them to paying customers. Kristian has a great attitude and is always in motion and learning new things. He worked on building out marketing activities and delivered results with great content creation, strong communication skills, and creativity. He quickly internalized the processes involved in sales and marketing for the company and applied them to various market analytics projects. Kristian has the unique ability to approach marketing analytically, but also tactically. By that I mean Kristian can get stuff done independently and effectively - and that's what's important at a startup. He showed a willingness and ability to develop new skills and take on various projects. Kristian exemplified excellent organization skills and timeliness in completing his work and projects. He picked up on how to best position our product in the market against competitors. Kristian is a real team player that helped others and continually looked into ways to help grow the business.
