Clive Jackson

I have worked closely with Kristian for about ten years. During much of that time I chaired the AstraZeneca Global Target Validation Network and Kristian represented the CNS and Pain Research Area on its leadership team, helping to established its objectives and mode of operation. He has been on the steering committee for major biotech collaborations in target validation technology involving co-ordination of studies across all research areas in AZ. He also led an initiative in new viral delivery technologies and has managing AZ TV Network post-doctoral workers. He actively lead user groups in the network to help disseminate technologies, All this was on top of his direct line responsibilities in the CNS and Pain Research Area where he is an experience target and drug discovery leader. Kristian is an authority in CNS and pain, he is passionate about advancing target validation and has led excellent science in collaborations and the TV Network. He is an excellent team player and co-worker and has great commitment to shared objectives and delivers what he sets out to do in a strongly collaborative way. Overall Kristian is an outstanding colleague and bioscientist. Clive Jackson
