  In the role of Senior Project Architect/Associate/Associate Director I was responsible for running and managing large scale student accommodation, high-end residential and educational projects ranging in value from £10 - £80 million working for private developers, higher education clients and local authorities.Working on high profile, award winning projects my primary role involved leading medium size internal teams and large external consultant teams in a lead architect/consultant role from project inception to completion. In the role of Associate/Associate Director, and in parallel to project running, additional day to day responsibilities involved managing a practice of 50-60 people; financial management; leading fee negotiations/appointment resolution; HR support; contact administration; undertaking design and technical reviews; and staff mentoring.

  At RH Partnership I was responsible as Project Architect/Associate for a series of innovation centres; primary education facilities; residential; workplace; hospice; and mixed-use projects ranging in value from £500K to £7m.Running these projects from inception through to completion my role primarily involved working for local authorities, private developers, development agencies and higher education clients in lead concept, novated or executive architect positions. During this time I was able to foster key relationships with clients, end-users, consultants and contractors to ensure the development of appropriate, high-quality solutions on time and to budget.Additional roles as an Associate included undertaking internal technical and design reviews; fee proposals; and project programming. External roles include student mentoring at Brighton University.
