      Team member of the 2018 University of Westminster iGEM Team. Participated in the project design and planning, and as laboratory lead I ensured that the project goals set out to design a novel improvement in biologically enhancing plastic waste biodegradation with the use of synthetic biology techniques were met. This entailed careful planning of wet-lab experiments were carried out and experimental data was collected accurately and collated in our end-of-project wiki, for which we achieved a Silver iGEM Project Award. With good links to my team and supervisors, i participated in the subsequent year as an instructor for the 2019 Team.
