   Review active flight dispatch requests during shift period and prioritize accordingly  Analyze general pre‐flight planning checks (Surface Weather & NOTAMs checks) – for all relevant airfields  Start full‐dispatch release check‐list for each trip  Review customer aircraft standard flight dispatch requirements and verify weather minimums/ Safe fuel requirements  Perform trip‐specific pre‐flight checks (Surface Weather & NOTAMs checks)  Review and ensure that specific flight dispatch request meets customer standards and weather minimums  Ensure that all slots, over‐flight and landing permits are available for planned route of flight  Generate optimal flight plans with safe fuel load and validate Air Traffic Control routes  Validate route with air traffic control automatic feedback system  File flight plan with live air traffic system and includes all permit and slots numbers  Obtain automatic route acknowledgement when possible  Coordinate with ATC, Briefing Centers, Eurocontrol, FAA ARTCC and ensure flight plan in approved  Upload flight plan to aircraft management system  Coordinate with datalink providers to ensure flight plan is ready for uplink with correct recall number  Upload flight documentation to crew briefing portal  Prepare flight documentation cover sheet  Complete full dispatch release checklist and sign declaration for each trip  Release flight documentation to ground operations team before expected crew delivery time  Verify that ground operations team delivered flight documentation to customer  Assist pilots in case of emergency or en‐route diversion flight documentation to customer  Assist pilots in case of emergency or en‐route diversion and coordinate with all concerned teams  Perform flight following (Flight Watch) to ensure that all scheduled flights are operating as planned Show less
