His personable approach to managing a group is evident in the strong relationships that he maintains with each and every member of staff; finding the right balance of personal and professional, which is key to strong leadership. Kris is well respected due to his 'lead by example' approach and fosters a positive attitude and hardworking culture in the workplace. Recognising the value in people, Kris encourages and successfully carries out training and development amongst his staff members and always welcomes and contributes ideas to improve efficiency within the store. Whilst it is not surprising that he has progressed within the company, Kris will be sorely missed in the Birmingham store and I am sure that he will continue to be a strong asset to the brand and to his new team.
