I had the privilege of working with Kristi for 2 years on the Speakeasy event for Memphis Oral School for the Deaf (MOSD). In her position as Development Director, she was a stand-out at leading the charge. She was confident in the direction & goals of the event but very open to the input & ideas provided by others. From coordinating volunteers & sourcing vendors, to managing the budget, her ability to juggle the numerous responsibilities & clearly communicate directives required to bring together this inaugural event, was impressive. I would definitely consider her an asset to any team & would be honored to work with her on another project.
