Kristi Queen is the definition of a servant leader. She does whatever it takes to do what is best for both students and teachers. I honestly think of Ms. Queen when I wonder how I will handle a certain situation or how I will respond. In all actuality, I remember Ms. Queen's guiding principles: listen, learn, and lead. She not only practices these three l's on a daily basis, but her peers and her students know this is the core of Ms. Queen. Ms. Queen is one of the best administrators I know. It was a privilege to both work and learn from her.
