  I worked as the Controller for Tri-State between 1996 - August 2012 as a direct employee (see below) The role with Tri-State has evolved over time from the period of 2012 - present because the company has evolved over that time as the owners chose to retire. Beginning in September of 2012 I performed the majority of the same accounting functions for Tri-State as I had done while directly employed with them, just performing those duties for them through the CPA firm of Williamson & Lacombe, PS while I worked there.
