As the director, our team created over 130+ recipes, maintained innovation and improvements in the bakery, and ran Cookie Taste Testings to maintain public approval over our product. My career journey with Crumbl started with me as a Driver when I was attending UVU. Then just in six months progressed to being a shift lead to customer service representative to General Manager of their Corporate location. My career journey with Crumbl started with me as a Driver when I was attending UVU. Then just in six months progressed to being a shift lead to customer service representative to General Manager of their Corporate location. I started on their corporate team December 2018. Since this was still a start up company, I was managing Recipe Development, Product Quality, Field Training brand new Crumbl Franchises, and assisting in Ordering and Vending Management. When we expanded our corporate team in the summer of 2019, HQ refocused my talents into being just the official Director of Research and Development up to July 2020.
