Since this was still a start up company, I was managing Recipe Development, Product Quality, Field Training brand new Crumbl Franchises, and assisting in Ordering and Vending Management. When we expanded our corporate team in the summer of 2019, HQ refocused my talents into being just the official Director of Research and Development up to July 2020.
