Kristi Hawkins is a fantastic manger and coodinator. She always made herself availible to us if we ever had questions or concerns. Her work ethic is contagious and kept us all pushing forward to improve our abilities and confidence. I would highly reccomend Kristi for any manegerial role as she is very personable and detail oriented. Kristi had no trouble letting us know what was expected of us and ensuring we were held to her high standards. I feel it is a rarity to find a manager that can make you feel like part of a close work family and still be so professional. I always felt good when she gave me advice for improvement as well as when she gave kudos for a job well done. When you work for Kristi you feel you can tell her anything and she will listen to your concerns as well as act on them .

Kristi is the most inspirational, fair, effective and productive individual that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was a resource that we turned to in every situation and she brought the ethical standards up for our entire side of the business. She works harder than any other individual I have come across and stayed at the office until midnight for a week in order to implement new processes that increased efficiency and eliminated waste in our organization. She truly shone as a Loss Prevention Manager and she was a resource and a pivotal player in our business in both San Diego and Los Angeles. She took each investigation seriously and took the time to fully research, investigate, question and follow up on every angle before reaching any conclusion. She is the pinnacle of professional, ethical and dedicated workers.
